Custom Orders
Because our steering wheels are made to order and customized to your specifications, custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
